How do I find out what my MetLife plan actually pays?

I have a federal or veterans MetLife plan — do you take FEDVIP and VADIP?
Yes. We accept MetLife FEDVIP plans for federal employees and retirees, in both Standard and High options, as well as MetLife VADIP coverage for veterans. The High options generally pay more toward major work and may include orthodontic benefits. Tell us which plan you carry and we'll confirm the exact details before treatment.
Does MetLife cover teeth whitening or other cosmetic work?
Purely cosmetic treatments like whitening and elective veneers usually fall outside MetLife coverage. Procedures that are both cosmetic and restorative, such as a crown on a structurally damaged tooth, may qualify for partial coverage under Type C. We'll show you which parts of your treatment MetLife will and won't pay for before you decide.
Do I need a referral to see you with my MetLife PPO?
